We all know that the highest mountain in the whole world is Everest, whose height is 8.8 KM, but when it comes to the our Solar System, the highest mountain is 25 km high, which is almost three times higher than Everest.

The highest mountain and volcano in the solar system is on Mars. It is called Olympus Mons and is 16 miles (25 kilometers) high which makes it almost three times higher than Everest. In addition to being very long, Olympus Mons is also very wide (340 miles or 550 kilometers).
